Service Delivery Policy

1. What you receive

Capmatter is a cloud-hosted software service (SaaS). Access is delivered digitally through your web browser at app.capmatter.com using the account you registered. Nothing is shipped, couriered, or physically delivered, and we never ask for a shipping address.

2. When access begins

• Free plan: available immediately once you verify your email address and complete onboarding.
• Pro plan: activated immediately on successful payment - typically within seconds of Razorpay confirming the transaction. No manual provisioning step is involved.
• A payment confirmation is sent to your registered email address, and the upgrade is reflected on Dashboard → Billing.

3. If activation does not happen

Occasionally a payment succeeds at the gateway but the confirmation does not reach us immediately. If Pro features are not active within 30 minutes of a successful payment:

• reload Dashboard → Billing, which re-checks payment status; and
• if it is still not active, email support@capmatter.com with your Razorpay payment ID.

4. Duration of access

Pro access continues for the billing period paid for and renews monthly until cancelled. On cancellation, access continues until the end of the paid period, after which the account reverts to the Free plan. Your data remains available on the Free plan; it is not deleted when a subscription ends.

5. Requirements and availability

Capmatter requires a current web browser and an internet connection. We aim to keep the service continuously available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access; planned maintenance is announced in advance in-product where practical. Availability commitments, where offered, are set out in your Terms of Service.

6. Geography and currency

The service is offered to customers in India and priced in Indian Rupees. Pro is ₹2,999 per month excluding GST; with 18% GST the amount charged is ₹3,538.82 per month. The product is built around Indian company-law concepts (CIN, PAN, share classes under the Companies Act, 2013) and is intended for Indian private limited companies and startups.
