What happens when I outgrow the free plan?
Nothing breaks. Your data stays intact; you simply can’t add records beyond the free limits until you upgrade to Pro. Upgrading unlocks everything instantly.
How do payments work?
Pro is billed monthly at ₹2,999 through Razorpay. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the billing period.
Is my cap table data safe?
Every record is protected by database-level row security, changes are recorded in an immutable audit ledger, and sessions use secure HTTP-only cookies. You can export your data at any time.
Does the price include the Founder Community?
Yes. Every Capmatter account - free or Pro - includes access to the verified Founder Community at community.capmatter.com.
