No. ₹2,999/month and ₹30,999/year are before GST. 18% GST is added at checkout, so you are charged ₹3,538.82 per month or ₹36,578.82 per year. The ₹9 activation fee is the all-in amount - nothing is added on top.

Yes. Every payment generates a GST tax invoice you can download from the Billing page. Add your company name and GSTIN there first and the invoice is issued in your company’s name so you can claim input credit.

Every new Capmatter account pays a single ₹9 activation fee when it is created. It keeps automated sign-ups out and is non-refundable. It is separate from the Pro plan, and you pay it once only - even if you later upgrade, downgrade or invite teammates (invited teammates pay their own ₹9 when they create their account).

The yearly plan costs ₹30,999 instead of ₹2,999 × 12, saving 14%. Monthly can renew automatically (autopay) or be paid once for 30 days; the yearly plan is a single payment for 365 days and does not renew by itself - we email you before it ends.

Autopay uses Razorpay’s recurring-payment mandate (card or UPI AutoPay). You approve it once, you are notified before each charge, and you can switch it off any time on the Billing page - you keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for.

Your workspace returns to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted: your cap table, ledger and documents stay exactly as they were. Features above the Free limits (for example more than 5 shareholders or PDF export) are unavailable until you renew, and unused time is never lost when you renew early.

Pro-plan refunds are covered by our refund policy. The activation fee is non-refundable.

Yes - workspaces support up to 25 people with role-based permissions. Teammates sign in with their own account.
